My Approach
As also touched on in my About Me section, my foundation is in the Person-Centred approach to therapy.
That means I put you at the centre of the process, listening carefully and creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. I don’t see myself as the expert in your life, you already carry a lot of the answers within you — but I can help you uncover and make sense of them.
At the same time, I recognise that different people need different things. Sometimes we might use more focused techniques, like elements of cognitive or solution-focused work, if that feels right for you. Other times, the most important step is simply having the space to reflect and process what’s going on.
